Finals: Saturday - July 14th
Registration Deadline is April 13th
To Register, please:
· Email MCALGIERI@YAHOO.COM your team name, roster, captain contact information and league you wish to play
· Mail hard copy of roster to Quarter Keg Pub, 443 Worcester Road, Charlton, MA 01507 – (or drop off at the bar)
· Include Deposit: $100.00
· On the check, include Team Name AND league you are playing in on “Memo” field (ex. “Spike Girls/Monday B”)
· If you prefer to drop off cash, please ask the bartender for a receipt which includes your team name/ league and date
Balance of $210.00 Due Week of May 7th – as well as FINAL ROSTERS
· Balance should be paid by the Captain, or designee and on the night that your team plays.
· Balance should be paid with ONE check or combination cash/check for full $210.

Partial payments or individual player
payments will NOT be accepted
· Sorry, absolutely NO roster additions or changes will be accepted after the week of May 7th. If there are extenuating circumstances (injuries, etc) contact Celeste.
· For Roster changes between the time of submission and deadline: Email Celeste the information.
